Vinyl wind walls are another way to completely enclose the stage to ensure better weather protection. The material we use is 18oz dual color vinyl Gray face Black underside, which is great for lighting. We work with staging companies and engineers to ensure the panels are made to their safety standards for easy lowering (from top down) in high winds to let the pressure out.
All of us know that severe winds can make your engineer’s hair stand-up due to the wind potentially adding up to 3 times the pressure which turns the walls into a big sail.
Our standard finishing on the wall panels include: 13mm Keder, “D” rings, roll-up doors for loading, exit doors, openings for tech huts and pole covers. Of course everything is made to your stage specifications.
